About Me

I founded Choice Executive Coaching with two decades of HR experience across a wide range of industries and company sizes. My deliberate and thoughtful approach to coaching enables clients to explore complex ideas from multiple angles and discover paths forward that work for their unique circumstance. 

I have successfully navigated many transitions during my own rewarding career, perhaps most significantly when I left my job in search of greater happiness; my plan abruptly upended when I became consumed with homeschooling my 4½ year-old daughter during the pandemic. 

The power of choice enabled me to evolve and emerge from my experience with a greater sense of joy and purpose than I ever could have fathomed.
